The Travelteq Messenger
The Travelteq Messenger combines Amsterdam’s functional design with Italian craftsmanship from Amalfi. A sophisticated bag made of Vachetta leather and Partex Group nylon, designed for the professional who moves effortlessly between the office, the train, and the bike. With a short zipper, adjustable shoulder strap, and well-thought-out interior, this is the business alternative for those who value both style and freedom of movement. Do you have a question?
Why aren't your prices fixed, and why do they vary within a certain range?
The final price of a product depends on various factors, such as the quantity, the customization method, and the logo. Feel free to request a quote for a more accurate price.
Is it possible to view a digital proof before my order goes into production?
Of course, that’s possible—and it’s actually part of the ordering process. Once you approve the quote, our design studio will send you a digital proof of the desired personalization. If the proof meets your expectations, we’ll ask for your approval before starting production.
Is it possible to shorten the production lead time?
We may be able to deliver sooner, depending on the product and inventory. In addition, there are busy periods when we follow a tight production schedule to meet everyone’s deadlines. Please specify your latest deadline when placing your request or order, and we’ll do everything we can to meet it!
What file formats do you accept for production?
We work exclusively with vector files. This means designs that can be enlarged indefinitely without losing quality. Please submit your print file as an Illustrator, EPS, or PDF file.
The product from a brand that I'd like to personalize isn't listed on your website. Can I still order and personalize it through you?
We have an excellent relationship with our brands. So please don’t hesitate to share your special request with us. Thanks to our strong partnerships, we can secure competitive pricing and beautiful customization during production.
